  • For tax-planning purposes, donors may consider pledging long-term gifts. We invite you to consider your Chesterton impact over a set number of years – i.e. 3,5, or 10 year pledges.

    Donors may choose to distribute these pledges in annual or biennial gifts, as it best fits your financial planning. For some donors, bunching donations into alternative years or donating via a charitable trust or an IRA withdrawal could result in tax savings for you.

    Please also consider leaving some amount in your will or revocable living trust.

  • Matching gifts are gifts that an employer will give annually to an educational institution or other non-profits as an employee benefit. Ask your employer about its matching gift program and forward the company’s form along with your gift; Chesterton will do the rest.
